  • Hotel Bardo Savannah has four restaurants and bars: Saint Bibiana, Bar Bibi, The Green Room, and Club Bardo, our private members and resort guest space above Saint Bibiana.

  • Unless otherwise advised, sophisticated smart, casual attire with suitable footwear is appreciated and always expected. Dress jeans are always permitted. No bathing attire of any kind is permitted. This dress code also applies to our other restaurants and bars including our lobby bar, The Greenroom and our Courtyard.

  • Reservations for Saint Bibiana, our coastal Italian restaurant, can be made on Resy or by contacting us directly at [email protected] or 912-721-5002.


  • Credit and debit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an additional $100 per night to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

  • Guests can change or cancel their reservations without any penalty up to 48 hours before their scheduled arrival. In case of a late cancellation or no-show, a one-night fee will be charged to the guest’s account.

  • If you plan to leave the resort early from a non-refundable reservation, the total amount of your stay will be forfeited. For refundable reservations, the cancellation policy applies, and 48-hours notice is required. If you fail to provide 48-hour notice, the resort will charge one full night’s room and tax.

  • Yes. We are pleased to offer cribs on a complimentary basis as available. We do not offer rollaway beds. Please ensure to book the appropriate room type(s) that can accommodate your traveling party.

  • Yes, please note the request for connecting guestrooms on your reservation. This request is based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Guests must be at least 21 years old to check into the resort.

  • A government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all reservations.

  • Please inform your reservations agent if you require a pet-free or allergen-free room, and our team will work to accommodate your needs.

  • Hotel Bardo is a dog-friendly resort. Other animals are not permitted. We allow two dogs, up to 40 lb, per room maximum. There is an additional $150 non-refundable fee per stay. Dogs may not be left alone in the guestroom at any time. Please notify our concierge team at 912-238-5158 or email at [email protected] prior to arrival about your travel companion so that we may best assist in creating the perfect stay.

  • Yes. Saltgrass Spa is located on the lower level.

  • Room service is available between 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM.

  • Our resort has a strict no-smoking policy. This includes all guestrooms and public spaces. In case a guest violates this policy, a cleaning fee of $500 will be charged.

  • Hotel Bardo Savannah is family-friendly. If you require a connecting room, please let our reservations agent know upon booking, and we will do our best to accommodate you and your family.

  • Yes, Hotel Bardo has a 25-meter heated outdoor pool on-property.

  • We require a credit card to guarantee a reservation, however, payment by travelers check, credit/debit card, or cash upon departure will be accepted. Please note that our resort does not accept check payments or cash deposits.
