Urban resort in its most literal expression. Bar Bibi is inspired by the effortless luxury of sunbathing on the Mediterranean coast. A lively pool bar, tucked away cabanas and shaded al fresco dining, reserved for resort guests and Club Bardo members. Just beyond the gates, Bar Bibi Courtyard serves as an open-air extension of the experience—designed for lingering moments outdoors and open to the public, with relaxed courtyard seating and the same coastal sensibility.

Late sunny mornings are peppered with pressed pineapple carpaccio and fresh focaccia. Leisurely afternoons are met with bright ceviches, house-made pizzettas, and a round of granitas to cap off a day of great adventure.

 

Bar Bibi, takes her beauty rest from November 23 – February 12. The bar shutters for the season, but the pool? Still very much awake. Heated, towel-serviced, and ready for anyone brave enough to take a winter dip.
