Attire
Guests are invited to embrace a sense of relaxed refinement throughout the property. Resort smart casual attire is recommended in shared and dining spaces, with an elevated look encouraged for evening dining at Saint Bibiana.

Pets
Hotel Bardo welcomes well-behaved dogs. For everyone’s comfort, pets must remain leashed and accompanied in all public areas and are not permitted in the pool or fitness facilities. A $50 cleaning fee per stay ensures a fresh environment for all guests. Pets are not permitted in any F&B outlets. 

Payments
All major credit cards are accepted. Cash and checks are not accepted. For alternate billing arrangements, please contact the Front Desk prior to check-out.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. To extend your stay or arrange a late departure, please contact the Front Desk. We’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

Lost & Found
Items left behind are held securely for up to one year and may be shipped upon request. The hotel cannot assume responsibility for valuables not secured in safes or officially checked with staff.

Valet Parking
Located at the main entrance. Vehicles can be retrieved at any time by contacting the Front Desk or valet stand. Pricing is $55 per night on weekdays and $60 per night on weekends. 

Housekeeping
Daily service and evening turndown are provided. If you prefer a specific time or wish to decline service, please let us know. Extra amenities (pillows, linens, toiletries) are available upon request.

Wi-Fi
Complimentary high-speed internet is available throughout the property. Select “Bardo Guest” and follow the on-screen prompts to connect.

Fitness Center
Open 27/7. Features Technogym equipment, Peloton bikes, and dedicated recovery zones. Private sessions and group classes available.

Saltgrass Spa
Open daily from 9 AM–6 PM. Offers massages, facials, infrared sauna sessions, and holistic bodywork. Call 912.721.5007 or 5004 from your guest room phone to reserve.

Bar Bibi & Pool 
Bar Bibi is open seasonally, February to November from 11 am – 5 pm. The pool is available all year round from dawn to dusk. Access reserved for hotel guests and members. 

Club Bardo
Exclusive space reserved for hotel guests and members. Ages 21+.

Shop Bardo
Located off the lobby. A boutique collection of collaborations, apparel, and curiosities curated for the Bardo traveler.

The coastal Italian inspired culinary experience. Handmade pasta, seasonal produce, and seafood define the menu. Please call (912) 721-5002 for reservations or visit the host stand.

The Green Room
A space for quiet beginnings and unhurried evenings. Espresso, aperitifs, and light fare served daily.

Bar Bibi
Poolside cocktails and Mediterranean-inspired plates designed for sharing. Open February – November from 11 AM–5PM.

Culinary Experiences

Policies & Practical Information

Smoking Policy
Our resort has a strict no-smoking policy. This includes all guestrooms and public spaces. In case a guest violates this policy, a cleaning fee of $500 will be charged.

Accessibility
Accessible rooms and facilities are available throughout the hotel. Please contact us prior to or during your stay for assistance.

Sustainability 

At Hotel Bardo, sustainability is a quiet promise. We believe comfort and responsibility belong together.

• We proudly source ingredients from our partners at Gannon Organics, Hunter Cattle Ranch, Better Fresh Farms, Live Oak Farms, and Schmoe Farms. 
• We use sustainably certified, locally sourced ingredients, including fish, tea, and coffee.
• Reduced single use plastic throughout the property.
• Refillable water stations are available on property.
