Official Sweepstakes Rules
1. Eligibility
This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Hotel Bardo, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period
The sweepstakes begins on April 8, 2025and ends on April 21, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
Participants must enter by providing their email address through the official sweepstakes entry form available on Staybardo.com. Limit one (1) entry per person. Additional entries will be disqualified.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the following prize package for two (2) guests:
- A two-night stay at Hotel Bardo Savannah. Guest rooms or suites will be selected based on availability. Stay must be redeemed within one year of the winner announcement and is subject to blackout dates.
- Round-Trip Airfare for Two (2). Winner will receive a flight credit of up to $800 total (combined for both travelers) toward round-trip economy airfare to Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV).
- Cooking Class for Two (2) at the Saint Bibiana Cooking School. Winner and their guest will participate in a hands-on culinary experience at the Saint Bibiana Cooking School. Class selection will be based on availability at the time of booking.
- Daily Breakfast or Brunch for Two (2)
- VIP welcome amenities
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $4,000. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted or exchanged.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within days of the sweepstakes closing date. The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner fails to respond within this time frame, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to receive email communications from Hotel Bardo, including special offers and updates. Participants can unsubscribe at any time.
Hotel Bardo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the sweepstakes if it is compromised by fraud, technical failures, or any other circumstances beyond its control.
